Entry Requirements

A minimum 200 UCAS points from at least 2 'A' Levels or equivalent.

GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent. HNC or Foundation Degree may also allow entry onto second year.

We welcome applications from mature students and are willing to consider, on an individual basis, those who do not meet traditional entry criteria.

An Access to HE Diploma full award (Pass of 60 credits - of which a minimum of 45 credits must be at level 3 including 18 at Merit or Distinction) will be accepted.

Interview required dependent on qualifications.

Curriculum

At each level of the degree programme you will be required to complete 120 credits, made of a certain number of core modules and a certain number of optional modules at certain levels

Construction and Environmental Technology

Construction Quantity Surveying (Pre-Contract)

Law

Conservation, Preservation and Conversion

At Level three the core modules are:

Construction Quantity Surveying (Management)

Contract Law and Dispute Resolution

Group Project Evaluation and Development

Construction Dissertation
